Walmart Vision Center

Very informative. It was my first vision appointment. They were very precise with details. The staff moved quickly as to service customers without long periods of waiting. Everyone was friendly and it was a peaceful experience.

Last time I went (about 2 years ago), the staff made jokes about how high my prescription was. I swore I would never go back after being embarrassed at how bad my vision is...but I now desperately need a check-up, so out of convenience I went against my better judgment to try to schedule here again. This time I was left on hold for 15 minutes then the lady was very rude to me on the phone. Dr. Craddock treated me for years when I was younger and he was fantastic, but the support staff should in no way treat patients like that. From someone who works in healthcare, I’d be ashamed if I spoke to a patient that way. Do better.

My experience was ok but I feel it's a patient right to receive their PD part of their prescription.. My insurance pays for this and I should be entitled.. I ordered sunglasses from y'all and paid cash and I'm told that I can't get my PD. That's an insult

Great Experience! Mr Kurt was so nice and patient. Made me feel good about my purchase and was very informative. I was a walk-in and he helped me out right away.

Everyone was incredibly nice and very professional. My kids are wild and they were all super sweet to them and very patient with them.
