Walmart Vision Center

Dr. Wu and Robert are the best! So thankful to have seen them!! My contact prescription was too strong and really bothering me and now my vision is feeling so much better! If you need and Eye Doctor see him he gave me so much information and was so nice and patience with me making sure I had a good understanding when discussing my eyes!

I have always bought my glasses from this vision center, and the only reason being well prices are awesome however, the associate that works there, his name is Robert. This gentleman goes above and beyond, not only that he has a smile on his face while greeting you helping you and making sure everything is good to go is customer service skills are beyond outstanding. This gentleman is just overall awesome. I definitely recommend going there and speaking to him for any of your needs, he is knowledgeable and all around nice person.

Bought glasses 7 months ago with a supposed NO QUESTIONS ASKED added $$ insurance. I paid for that insurance and when I called I was told that "it's tricky". BUYER BEWARE.

Both Sherri and Bob are an amazing duo. Bob, initially when I first contacted the office, was amazing, very professional (his level of professionalism is hard to come by lately). When I visited for a replacement pair of glasses I met Sherri. Same level of professionalism as Bob. Plenty of chocolates for the dynamic duo. It's good to know that such quality of service exist in a non commission based setting. I highly recommend seeing these two at the Walmart Vision Center. Thanks guys .

I’ve been going to Walmart Vision Center for a few yrs and the service there is always warm friendly and very professional. Sherri took care of me during my most recent visit which was for a new pair of glasses, and Robert has taken care of me with regards to my glasses over the yrs, but the entire staff there have always been beyond approachable and very personable. It’s a very friendly atmosphere and they care about how they treat people and especially their craft.
