My husband had a nose piece break off from his glasses and I took them in to get repaired. I wish I would have gotten the employee's name so I could properly acknowledge her, but she was very friendly, fast and professional.
Was treated as inferior by the technician and told to be quiet. Then having requested my receipt for the exam was told that the doctor had left and she couldn't give it to me. I received it when I explained that I wasn't leaving without it. I don't get why the attitude but I don't need to argue with random people.
Love that I left work early to get here before 7pm when they close to pick up my new glasses and they were already gone by 6:30.
They've always been sweet and courteous and answering every question professionally that I have had I would recommend them to all of my friends and family
