Got glasses here two years in a row, the Dr. ignores every symptom I tell her about and just pushes me into the same normal thing. Finally tried switching to contacts and even though they insist you come in to "learn" how to put them in, they didn't teach me a single thing about caring for them. I had to learn from Googling what I was doing wrong because this place never answers the phone. Now the first pair I got is already breaking down less than one week in. On top of that, I waited for nearly two months just for these contacts to "come in." She told me "not to let them run out" but when I asked how long the ones I had ordered would last, she said "Well some last two weeks and some last a month, so it just depends." Great, so we have no idea how long the ones in my eyes are going to last? They could not answer me and the lenses themselves did not say. I didn't get a box with them so there is no information whatsoever. I will be taking my prescription elsewhere. I don't know what I expected but it wasn't this level of negligence.

Optometrist has the warmth of a dead fish. Other staff cordial, accommodating. Optometrist would do well to remember she serves the community, and if she hates her job she should find a new one, since her only real area of expertise is mysanthropy.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Walmart vision center. Spring was very polite and she made me laugh and she made me smile and help me pick out the best frames to fit my face. I would recommend Walmart vision center to anyone they’ve always been fantastic with my son and now me too of course.

My experience at Walmart Vision Center, Carlisle was so much more than I expected. I has some preconceived notions because of reading the review about the office being hard to reach but, decided to give it a “go”. I’m so glad I did! I was kindly greeted by Michelle and given preliminary paperwork to fill out. Dr. Arnold thoroughly evaluated my vision needs and made a few proactive suggestions in caring for my aging eyes. I am grateful for she and her staff for attending my vision needs. They helped me feel as if I was their priority while I was in their presence. I’m not from the “entitled” generation so the fact that I didn’t get an answer on my first phone call only proved to me that the folks working there were caring with other patients needs…as they cared for mine.

I don't go often but when I do go I always seem to have a fun time. Today was no exception, I was one of the first patients the doctor saw and between the doctor and the other gals that were working, we had a lot of laughs, some good talks and all around it made for a good morning. My appointment a year ago the doctor said I was on the cusp of needing bifocals and to come in when I've reached that cusp and today was that day and we just giggled about it.
