My glasses broke. I brought them in to see if they could fix them.Tiphany assured me she could fix them came out 5-10 minutes later they were fixed! I was very happy! While I was waiting, Shinelle let me know. My glasses will be done in a minute and was very pleasant about it! That's awesome! I highly recommend the Walmart vision center I Trooper!
Staff is always super nice and helpful, super patient working with children. My granddaughter loves their fashionable selection of glasses. Our new glasses came in so quick too. Highly recommend this location for all ages.
I went to the vision center this morning and Teresa did an outstanding job listening to my inquiry and fixing my glasses in no time! Also, she was able to reach out to another Vision Center in the area for a frame replacement that I asked for. I was very much please with the service that I received the worker that had work with me. Did everything possible to get me within the price that I could afford to pay using my insurance and checking into other things where I could get credit? She was very polite, very professional And very compassionate I fell and broke my glasses so they had to be replaced cut my face and she was concerned about how it looked. I would definitely go there again. I would hope that I would get her to wait on me every time her name is MARVA. Would recommend her to anybody.
Great experience. My doctor and Gina were the very best. Gina went above and beyond to make the experience easy, and I noticed her kindness towards me and other customers in the vision center, it was very refreshing. Highly recommend!
