Walmart Vision on Gunbarrel – Outstanding Customer Service! The new team under Caitlin's leadership is fantastic to work with. What really made this Vision Center stand out was how well they handled a prescription error from a doctor from a nearby mall. The team was professional and thorough; carefully reviewing the prescription parameters, lens measurements, and optical alignment to pinpoint the issue, then coordinating directly with the lab to ensure the lenses were ground and fitted to required specifications. I got exactly the pair I wanted. On top of that, they're also happy to adjust glasses purchased from other vision centers, which is a great added convenience. I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair!
