Donna was so sweet and helpful! My glasses broke while I was out of town, and she fixed them quickly so I could see again. She really saved the day. I’m so thankful for her kindness and great service. Highly recommend!
I only came in to Walmart Vision Center in Kimball, TN to repair the nose pads for my glasses. While repairing them, an unforeseen accident happened. Coming to help me was Vision Center Associate Ms. Donna. She was so kind, helpful, and saved me from panicking over something “kind of” petty on my part. If you are seeking help for your vision, I HIGHLY recommend Walmart Vision Center in Kimball, TN and ask for Ms. Donna; she goes above and beyond to care for her customers. Thank you, Ms. Donna. Juanita is a phenomenal optician! She helped me choose many options (some I normally wouldn’t) and narrow them down based off my preferences. She just goes above and beyond, and you can tell she loves what she does! All the ladies were wonderful! They even gave opinions for me too!
I had a really great visit at this Walmart vision center. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to stay in my budget but not sacrifice my preferences or style I wanted. Donna has been helping me for almost a decade and I made my optometry move to this store just to see her! Donna is the best!
We would not trust my vision to anyone else. The staff is the best I've ever seen, lol. Juanita is awesome as well. She really cares about her clients.
