Kim is the most pleasant optician Ive encountered. She has a poster on the wall boasting of her 5 star service and that sells her short ! She is quick, efficient and funny. Idk what she gets paid, she deserves a raise.

Hey so someone should tell Miranda how to speak to someone over the phone. “I’m not trying to be mean” but proceeds to be rude when providing information that doesn’t require an attitude.
Absolutely amazing staff. Really know how to make the patient feel heard. They aren’t here for your money. They want you to feel good about your eyes!
Just like all Walmart’s everywhere they never answer the phone! So you lost my business here at the Vision Center too! Walmart doesn’t care about its customers
