I’ve gone to Walmart optometry for glasses for myself and my daughter for the last 5 years (I’ve never had my eye exam there though.) I LOVE their lenses/frames warranty program. Both are covered for 12 months (just show receipt) and it’s super easy to get them replaced. Takes about 7-10 business days for replacement. The associates I’ve worked with have always been friendly and helpful. I just got my daughter cute new frames with poly lenses and transition lenses for $140. First time with transition lenses for us so we will see how that goes. I’ve never had any of the frames I’ve bought (7 different frames) from Walmart break and only had to replace the lenses maybe 3-4 times over the years. I used to buy my glasses from Americas Best with the 2 pairs for $69.95 special BUT the total would always end up being $425+ out of pocket for 2 pairs. I recently got 2 pairs at Walmart for $338 out of pocket, one pair being sunglasses. I’ll stick with Walmart.

I had a very pleasant experience today at Walmart Eye Center in Ozark. The associate helped me find the right frames for my face. In fact, I got the frames she picked out. She had a good eye for what looked good on me. They were the right shape and color. I will definitely return when my next eye exam is due. Thank you.
Always a great experience, got my frames and lenses there,my glasses fit perfectly and they did a great job, best customer service too. Go get your eye prescription filled there, you'll be pleased.
I have to start out first saying that I loved the sales staff, they were very helpful. The thing I hated most was not even 6 months after I purchased my glasses they started breaking. When I called to see about getting them fixed there was nothing they would do. Now 9 months later I am looking into finding somewhere else to buy glasses from because the ones I bought from Wal-Mart did not last. They were cheaply made, but I guess the expression "you get what you pay for" comes into play once again and bites me.
