I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Cathy for her exceptional assistance and patience in selecting new frames for my prescription. I must admit that I have a discerning eye for frames, and Cathy’s expertise proved invaluable in guiding me through the process. She went above and beyond by calling daily to inquire about the availability of my preferred frames with my insurance company. Despite the challenges, her persistence and determination ensured that I found a suitable alternative. While I was able to locate a second pair of frames at another store, I will undoubtedly return to Cathy’s center in the future. In addition to her expertise, Cathy demonstrated remarkable composure and professionalism despite the busy nature of the day. She handled the incoming business efficiently, even when she was the sole employee during the other staff’s lunch break. Her ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously left me thoroughly impressed. Thank you once again, Cathy, for your unwavering support and assistance.

Joanne was very nice and professional. She took great care with my children's eye exams, and she was very thorough with preparation and planning (including navigating insurance) ahead of our appointment. Highly impressed.
Oh my, where to start. Called in first time to a receptionist who seem frazzled, short staffed and overwhelmed. Very short and borderline rude. Scheduled appointment with her some how. Went to scheduled appointment and was told I came in wrong day which was incorrect. She scheduled me wrong.Came back next day for appointment and was told they are having problems. I'm disabled and had to traverse a walmart parking lot twice for no eye exam. Plz find somewhere else to go. These people don't care about your time or if you are disabled. You don't need glasses to SEE incompetence at this location! Use E and E eyecare instead. They fit me right in!
Rude and unwilling to allow me to pick up my order since I work during their open hours
I went in to get my yearly eye exam for contacts and glasses, but mainly contacts. I had not been to this office before. Everything went well enough at the start, and they called me to the back. The doctor who was in that day barely spent any time at all, looked at my eyes and prescribed some kind of eyedrop not available in generic "for allergies." When I got the prescription filled (luckily my insurance took the price from well over $100 down to $30) allergies was not listed as something this medicine treated. I had had to schedule an appointment for the following week so the pressure in my eyes could be checked because of a dangerous side effect of the medicine. The doctor did not mention that I would no be able to wear contacts while using the medication, but she didn't ask if I was comfortable enough with my glasses prescription to wear only glasses for a week. I decided to eat my losses and not use the medication. I canceled the second appointment. I am not sure if I would have had to pay for the second visit. Back at the original office visit, the doctor pushed a new kind of contact lens for me, and when I tried them on in the office, they irritated my eyes immediately, as I had expected. I told her this, and she asked "So they are okay, right?" I had to tell her again that no, actually, they were not. I pay the $89 dollars and get the okay to leave, very frustrated. At least now I could order contacts and be done with it for a year. I go to an online site and get an email a few days later saying my prescription was incomplete, and when I think about it, I had not been given a written prescription for glasses or contacts. I had to make a few frustrating calls to the online company and to the doctor's office to find out what was going on. The receptionist at the office said the doctor who checked my eyes had not changed the prescription back to the old type of contacts, and that normally I would have to wait for the next day that doctor came in for the prescription to be completed. She said she would ask the doctor in for that day if he would change it. I had to give her the fax number for the online site, and she said she would try to take care of it. My order with the online site was canceled because the doctor's office never got back with them. There were far too many mistakes made for me to ever return to this place. Unless you know and trust who will be in the office on the day you get your eyes checked here, DO NOT waste your time and money at this place, because they do not have their act together.
