Dr Eric Buckley was completely rude when I went in there to ask him some questions I’m partially blind, and this man literally laughed at me basically told me to get lost because he doesn’t know how he can help me this is how people get treated when they’re blind? Honestly, insane. I would recommend that you don’t give this place any business let alone your time to help was rude to.
I was visiting from North Carolina For my luck, I lost my sunglasses that I cannot live without I stop by the local Walmart in Apopka and the girls at the vision center helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses at the perfect price. Thank you for helping me if I could give you 10 star trust me I would as a matter of fact I give you 10 stars. Thank you again you guys Rock!!!!!
It is very difficult for me to understand how a business having customers on the floor can say that they are on break and tell the customers to come back at a later time. If I was the CEO, I would have all of them fired. If I could give a minus 10 stars I would.
I bring my daughter to Maritza and she helps me all the time and optical is an excellent team
Site says open til 6 pm, went at 4:30 and the lights were off and nobody answered calls, unprofessional
