Manager Matt Renfro was very helpful and compassionate and now I love Walmart even more. Her new glasses were stolen, and Matt gave us a good deal to replace them and his demeanor was so nice.

Matt B was very helpful and kind! He explained all of the different options and helped me pick the most cost-effective one. Very grateful for his help!

5/5 stars for the store , all the workers are always great and welcoming , this store truly deserves some recognition. But today was a great experience. Let me tell - I don’t usually take time out of my day to write reviews, but Matt Bryant absolutely deserves the recognition. I’ve always had good experiences at the Vision Center, and the entire team has been great—but I have to say, Matt Bryant truly stands out. He’s the best associate I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. Matt is knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful. He also made sure even though I got there just at 7 as he was closing , he made sure because I was there , that if he could he would , and he sure did . His willingness to go above and beyond made my visit exceptional. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows. I hope his outstanding service is recognized—he’s a real asset to the team. Hopefully the boss of the Walmart Vision Center (store # 01390 Pinellas Park , Florida) sees this , because I would like to respectfully recommend him for a raise. (I want to add how professional Matt B. was when dealing with customers before me , who weren’t totally understanding the bigger words in English. No problem , he then began to use the translating phone service and made sure everything was understood clearly , no surprises , and truly did a phenomenal job from an outsider perspective. Matt B is awesome and amazing. He was so helpful when we couldn’t get my insurance. He did everything and got it so I could get my order. The doctor is Anita Megha is the best. She was so patient while we figured out my prescription. Overall this is the place to go.

At my first visit, Matt gave me the fax number so my eye doctor's office could fax my script. At my second visit, I picked out frames, and Matt looked up the script and took careful measurements to align the progressive reading prescription. He also double checked that I wanted the same add-ons as my previous prescription which I did. When my glasses came in, he took the time to fit them carefully and double checked that they felt right and that I could see properly. Matt always gives super service, and he is one of the reasons we come back time after time. Matt has a kind and helpful and welcoming personality that indicates his work is much more than just a job.
