I just wanted to share how amazing my experience has been at the Vision Center at Walmart in Coconut Creek. This was my first time getting glasses, and they made me feel completely at ease from the start. The staff was patient, kind, and truly took the time to help me go through all the frame options until I found the perfect fit — and trust me, that took a while because I have very sensitive skin and a big head, so not just anything works. The doctor was not only incredibly professional, but also genuinely funny and personable. Over the past two years, he’s helped me with much more than just prescriptions — like when I had allergic reactions during pollen season or needed a vision exam for job applications. Every time I had questions or concerns, the ladies at the front desk were attentive, friendly, and super helpful. Even though I couldn’t use contacts due to extreme allergies (we really tried!), the doctor worked with me to find hypoallergenic glasses that wouldn’t irritate my skin or cause pressure headaches. That care and flexibility meant a lot to me. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience, and I’m really grateful to the team for making something as overwhelming as eye care feel supportive and easy.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Lily, the optical technician at the Walmart Vision Center located at Hillsboro and 441 in Florida. My recent visit was truly exceptional, thanks to her remarkable professionalism, expertise, and genuinely caring approach. From the moment I walked in, Lily greeted me with a warm and welcoming demeanor. She was incredibly patient and thorough throughout the entire process, from helping me navigate the various frame options to meticulously taking all the necessary measurements for my new glasses. Her knowledge of the products and her ability to explain technical details in an easy-to-understand way were truly impressive. What truly set Lily apart was her dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. She offered insightful suggestions without being pushy and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I understood every step. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and I felt completely assured that my order was handled with the utmost care and precision. Lily is a true asset to the Walmart Vision Center team. Her outstanding customer service, combined with her technical proficiency, made what could often be a routine appointment a genuinely pleasant and efficient experience. I highly recommend seeking her out for any optical needs. She is a shining example of excellent customer care!

Shurnett was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me, teaching me how to properly care for my glasses. She was so kind and patient, and made it easy for me to choose my options. On top of that, she was working on Labor Day with such a positive attitude. Truly outstanding service!

It's all good except for the racist Hispanic woman. When I asked her to speak English, she continued in a rapid fire heavily accented speech pattern, I couldn't understand a word she said, so I told her, I didn't understand anything she was saying. Her reply was "you have to wait", of course that was in perfect English. She then walked away, forcing me to wait for 15 minutes or so for the other actual professional woman that works there. The woman is obviously hostile to whites, so if you are Hispanic, it might work out for you, but if you are white, maybe try another, more professional optical vendor. It's an important purchase, your eyesight, you really don't want a person with attitude managing this important aspect to your health. What a total disappointment, the open hostility and racism. I'll also be following up with a written complaint to Walmart corporate.

Amazing doctor! Dr. Rivenson is very patient and knowledgeable. In the past, I've paid double for visits to doctors that weren't so professional nor knowledgeable. The facility looks very clean. Hidden gem. I was skeptical because of some negative reviews, but I'm glad I ignored them.
