Walmart Visioncenter

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE with this eye dr and her staff! I have had some lousy, price gouging optical appts at others around town and had gotten to dislike going to any vision centers as much as the dentist... But the lovely Dr Amy R. at this location was so informative and thorough, that I feel like I see clearer than ever before with my new contacts as a result! Her helpful, friendly assistant was awesome and it turns out it was only her 2nd day! DON'T HESITATE TO GO TO THE CRAWFORDVILLE WALMART VISION CENTER! I WISH I COULD FIND A DENTIST AS AWESOME AS THEY ARE!

The wait was a little longer than usual but then I saw why....the new doctor, Dr. Ruzicka, is FANTASTIC! She is professional, thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I was made fully aware of my options, she gave me her recommendations and I left there feeling great about making an important decision about my vision! I will see no other doctor going forward! Thank you Dr. Ruzicka

Picked up two pairs of glasses today Ordered and delivered with a week. Joe was patient and thorough today, making sure both pairs fit well and that the lenses were perfect. I don't remember the name of the fellow who waited on me a week ago, but he was also wonderful. Nice to have such great service so close to home.

If I could give a zero, I would. I paid $500 for my glasses in six months. The lenses were all scratched up and I was told there was absolutely no warranty. I will never buy glasses here again. I do not recommend Walmart eyeglass.!!

My appointment was at 11:00. I waited 50 minutes- still not seen! I left! That to me was WAY TOO LONG!! I WILL NOT go back. Staff was polite for the most part. One other person waited 20 min & left. One of the staff came back where we were all waiting & made a comment about him! Very unprofessional, esp when this optical place was at fault for making patients wait SO long! And, possibly overbooking!
