called to set an appointment and the doctor is only there 3 days a week. I agreed to set an appointment for Wednesday. The lady said she needed to get the book, laid the phone down and never came back. I could here people laughing and talking. Very un-professional.
Excellent service from the optometrist Jamie. She was friendly and helpful when we had a warrant issue on a pair of glasses my husband had gotten at a Walmart in New York.
My husband tried to get contacts from this location. We went at 3:40pm on a Friday and when we got there the entire optical center was closed. Online it says they are opened until 7pm. Very disappointed that we wasted time driving up here for them to not even be opened during their scheduled business hours.
Tried to call and schedule an appointment and nobody answered the phone. Kept getting transferred to the Walmart desk
