Avon park vision center manager Sherri is very competent and cares about her customers. She will help you and direct you to a great pair of glasses. She is very knowledgeable and available to answer any questions you may have. Dr Gubler gave me the best in depth eye exam I have ever received and was not in a hurry like most doctors. He explained everything he was doing and his findings. He answered all of my questions and provided the prescription that best suited my needs. Very caring. Walmart vision center in avon park is topnotch.

The best costumer service provided by the manager Sherri Lewis-Bikar. She took the time to help us find a replacement frame for my duaghter. And she manually retro fitted the old lenses onto the new frame by heating it up and remolding it to fit the lenses. She definitely went above and beyond to help us. Definitely the best service ever. Thank you Ms. Sherri Lewis!!!

I had came in to fill my glasses and contact lens prescription. Sherri was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue to come back each year going forward to take care of my eye care needs. I’ll be sure to refer other family and friends as well.

Although this isn’t his main store, Howard the optician specialist was a huge help!! He was able to look me up in the system and assisted me in getting my contacts, saving me an hour and a half drive from picking up at my previous location. He was very patient and kind and answered all the questions I had. Overall, made my experience very smooth and easy! Thank you, Howard! :)

I went in for an eye exam and contacts. I was told I had a very"unusual prescriptions" and that I would need special contacts. I paid the exam fee, the dispensing fee, and a general office visit charge. Then, I got charged $245 for the gas permeable contacts I was told I needed. I could not wear them. Tried them for a few weeks. It felt like I had a piece of broken glass in my eye and the contacts kept sliding around to where I could hardly get them to stay in front of my eye so I could remove them. I asked for my prescription so I could get contacts elsewhere. I was told there would be a charge for that. I am so done with this! Very frustrating...after all this money I still have no contacts. Thanks Walmart!
