This is my second exam here and they all are truly amazing! Every person I interacted with was so kind and friendly! They truly take their time to help in what ever way needed! They helped me learn how to use contacts and it was a lot easier than I expected! 🥰 Highly recommend! I even make the drive out of town to come here because it’s worth it.

No one ever answers the phone there. If anything they should at least have a voice machine that way people can get a call back when they aren’t busy. If you want their attention the only way you can get it is going to the physical place, even then sometimes it’s hard.

Nobody ever answers when I call up there to schedule an appointment. I sat on the phone waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer my call the last time. So I give up and will find a different eye doctor because clearly they don’t value their clients.
