Anita and Brenda are outstanding opticians and they really care about their patients. Exciting to hear they now have a Doctor practicing in the location again!

We live in a small town with no walmart or eye doctors. Had to drive to Northport , got exam chose glasses could not buy them because computer was down. Vision center sent us to Fayette Alabama Vision center to pay for glasses. Got to Fayette VIsion center at 2 pm...posted hours are 9am to 7pm .Vision staff was gone to lunch. They say they always take lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 but those hours are not posted anywhere. We stood there for over half an hour waiting. Then Anita the Vision Center manager showed up.told us she's entitled to an hour lunch. No apologies for our wait. Said Brenda was gone and she had no information on our order. She was supposed to have the glasses ready for us, so we did not have numbers on the frames Brenda did not pull them, or write down our order...had to go thru trying in glasses all over again. All and all TERRIBLE SERVICE ! We do NOT recommend !!

Walmart Vision & Glasses at Fayette Alabama are the best. We were having issues with my husband's insurance I even had to call them twice while there. Anita took her time and helped us resolve the issue even working through her lunch. Thank you so very much.
