Christon took care of me in the money center. They were efficient, gently corrected me when I tried to use a credit card. Even asked sincerely how I was doing. Christon looks and acts the Professional they are. Then I needed a sandwich to go. I found Kay my checker. She confirmed the sandwich is tasty and that the sauce is in with the sandwich. She assured me to put that sauce on. Yesterday. I had a mask on due to recovering from pneumonia. Kay looked at me and made me feel ok. She and Christon were fabulous hires. I had forgotten how much I love this store. Oh, your front greeters are spectacular too. These days we need more laughter. They are joyful.

Reviews describe it as the ultimate one-stop shop where the sheer variety and low prices make it unbeatable for household essentials and groceries. Shoppers frequently mention the convenience of finding everything from electronics to fresh produce in a single trip, though many warn about long checkout lines and crowded aisles during peak hours. The "Scan & Go" feature and pickup services receive high marks for saving time, while some critics point out that store cleanliness and stock levels can be inconsistent depending on the location. Despite the occasional frustration with self-checkout wait times, the general consensus is that the massive selection and budget-friendly value keep customers coming back.
On Sunday June 7th I attempted to check out on lane 24. I had an armful of items I placed on the conveyor belt. The lane light was illuminated. The lane was equipped with a checker. The customer in front of me was bagged & checked out but was engaging in a conversation with the checker. The checker said to me other lanes are open like 21 & 23. They continued laughing and conversing. I used self-check out. Silly me I thought checkers were there to check not divert customers away so they could engage in personal conversations. This occurred at 12:25pm. This is a prime example of poor customer service in an economy that should promote a positive experience in a competitive market.
On 6/28/26, I thought I had lost my cell phone in the store. I walked the store looking for it and one of their floor people offered to call it for me. What kindness! I found my phone. Afterwards, I called the store and asked to have the store manager call me so that I could give that person a 5 star rating for kindness. As of 7/9/26, I have received no call back.
My favorite place to buy groceries and other essential things that I need. Be it home, office, or car essentials. They also have pharmacy inside. Most of their products are affordable. The Walmart staff are helpful and accommodating. When I’m looking for something to buy there’s always one staff to offer their help. This is based of my experience.
