Walmart – Antelope, CA ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for Jim — this is what real customer service looks like. I was looking for epoxy resins, and the moment I asked Jim, he immediately stopped what he was doing and came over to help. He didn’t guess or point me in a vague direction — he looked it up, found exactly what I needed, and explained everything clearly and simply so I could make the right choice. Beyond that, he even took the time to explain the fastest and easiest way to get help in the store, which shows he actually cares about customers’ time. His attitude was great the entire interaction — friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. This five-star review is specifically for two employees, not the store as a whole. First, Jim helped me while I was looking for epoxy resins. But at checkout, Muhammad really stood out too. I had a water hose from a clearance rack marked $10 that rang up at $24. That was BS, tge item didn't scan at all. She pulled a similar product and tried to play me into paying for a different product. BAIT N SWITCH!! I told her take it it off the belt. She kept being snide, "you dont need it?" I honestly don't need it from a rude associate who tried to gouge me.The initial interaction wasn’t great, but Muhammad didn’t let that derail anything. He kept a good attitude the entire time, stayed calm, and handled things professionally. What I appreciated most was that even when he saw I was paying with my phone and didn’t have my ID or physical card out, he stayed helpful and patient without making it an issue. Those little things matter. I wouldn’t say this location is perfect — it’s not — but Jim and Muhammad were solid, and they’re the reason I’m leaving this review. At a lot of Walmarts, you might find one good employee if you’re lucky. I found two on the same trip. Five stars for Jim and Muhammad. At a lot of Walmarts, you’re lucky to find one or two people who care. Jim is clearly doing this every day, and doing it at a high level. That consistency stood out immediately. I appreciate it. Five stars, without hesitation.

I love going to this Walmart! The bakery is amazing and is my favorite part of shopping there. Everyone is so kind, helpful and they wear smiles all day. I feel so welcome! Ellianna and Marlene are just amazing. No matter how long the lines are I go to them!
I went to Walmart to get a phone I saw online for $60. In the neighborhood I just went in the store. The phone was $120 in the store and the clerk couldn’t price match. Even though there were phones there I had to leave, go home and buy the phone online. They said they will ship it for free the next day. I may never go back into the store. I can order everything online at home and will save so much money by not walking through the store seeing random things I really didn’t need anyway! Plus they have to hire and pay someone to do what I used to do for free, and it’s their gas to ship it to me!
Yesterday I went in to the Walmart on elverta road and Watt avenue to get some nail and cosmetic items and was surprised by the selection of nail gel strips and polish. Usually finding cute colors and designs are hard because they sell out fast and the nail isle is usually just remnants of the products that are not as popular and trendy (or just completely empty hooks cause all the popular ones sell out fast) I was surprised to see all the nail and cosmetic section fully stocked and stocked so many options especially nail colors and designs for the gel strips and gel press on nails. The products available At this location definitely exceeded my expectations in addition to the amazing customer service in the cosmetic department The gentleman working in cosmetics hands down was the nicest, most helpful associate I have ever had contact with at a Walmart. I needed to use Apple Pay but when he said they down have Apple Pay he offered another solution to download the app and he was able to run the items he rang up under my app so I can use my Apple Pay. It was quick, convenient and helpful. I wish I would have got his name but he was very professional and you can tell he really cares about customers and takes his job serious. He was awesome!
Walmart in Antelope is the most helpful when looking for something. Employees will stop whatever there doing to answer any questions. Checkout is quick and convenient. I really enjoy shopping there.
