Angie Pitt really needs a raise. Every time I get my glasses there, she is the one with such a great attitude and since of humor. Keeps me coming back.

Needed glasses fast. Lost mine. Called Montrose Walmart vision Center. Just got attitude and no they can't help me. Said their computers were down. Called the Delta store! Spoke with Dana on the Phone. She was very polite and professional. Went there shortly after speaking with her. Oh yeah she said she would call me back with the info I needed. And to my surprise she did follow through! And quite expedient I might add. So I headed over there! She was fast, precise and Very pleasant to deal with! Estimated time to receive my glasses. Two weeks. Buy they were there in six days! Thank you Dana for your wonderful help and PERSONALITY! Carl.

As a Truck Driver this is such an awesome store. The back room crew are always helpful.

Love this place! The ladies here are so kind and helpful. I came in asking to borrow a small screwdriver after I broke my glasses, and one of the employees took my glasses to the back, fixed them, cleaned them, adjusted them so they fit better, and added new nose pads. It feels like I have new glasses. Wonderful people and quality service!!

I went in And had an eye exam. The doctor couldn't remember to write down a bifocal lens. Then procedes to just scribble down a maximum magnification. I should have said something then. 🙄 Bought the most expensive pair of glasses they had with the guarantee of lenses from Nikon. 1-year replacement. Tried to use the warranty and Nikon would not cover the lenses. Walmart did replace the lenses. Not exactly but I understand why they didn't want to use Nikon lenses again. Customer care from the staff was decent. Thank you Sonia. You're the only reason this rating isn't lower. I won't be going back.
