Haley at the vision center is a fantastic young lady and an asset for the company. You should consider giving her a raise. She helped fix my glasses and adjusted them.

Dr. Sanger is so kind & professional. I always enjoy my annual visits to see her. I would highly recommend her to anyone whether they just need an annual check up or they have any eye health issues to discuss. As a bonus, after your 4th visit with her she has a special treat for you! 😁

Wow! Would give 0 stars if possible. Went into Wal-Mart to get an eye exam with Dr. Lori A. Sanger of Closer Look Eyecare, Inc. Before I arrived in her office I used the Wal-Mart bathroom and washed my hands afterwards, of course. Had to knock on her locked office door to be let in and immediately asked for a mask as indicated by a sign on her door. After I dawned the mask she asked me to wash my hands and I let her know I just did in the bathroom. She asked I do it again because I touched her office door so I obliged her request. After sitting down to the first machine for the exam I was completely disgusted by what I saw and asked her for a wipe. There were two machines and I cleaned one not even completely and a thick layer or yellow dirty residue that must have accumulated around the edge of the face pad for years came off. 🤮 It was clear that the corner bit of the machine's face pad hadn't been cleaned for a very long time possibly never. After I handed her the wipe and she saw how gross it was she knew the exam wasn't going to go well and she got very defensive and asked me to leave. I said okay and pulled out my phone to capture the photo seen here to document the condition of the other machine that I didn't clean. While I took the photo she said, "you need to get out or I'm calling security." The disgusting state of her machines and her apparent double standard of cleanliness directed at her patients is unacceptable.

I give Dr. Sanger great review because I am in a wheelchair and she made sure things were easy on me, and I didnt have to get out of my chair at all. She was very kind. I will return here for sure.

Dr. Lori Sanger was awesome! Not only was she extremely compassionate but she went above and beyond the scope of practice to help me correct my vision. She was very attentive and reassuring. Also, her office was very organized and sanitary. 10/10
