Incredible customer service. Katrina is an angel! Amidst the chaos of the Holidays. Katrina was able to help me out with re-adjusting my glasses and tightening them so they fit beautifully on my face now. And they did it for free! Bless yall!

Great experience. This was my first visit to this vision center, and I was blown away by the amazing customer service and attention to detail. They answered all my questions, no matter how small of a question. The vision center manager even made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. I'll definitely be back !

Got 3 textes to come pick up glasses.I went three times to get them including to day and was always told they're not here.Showed them my text the girl just stated it was a mistake from corp.Disregraud it but I am here because it was sent.I came back Wednesday was told they are not here then another text came thru went back today was told I can't let you have them cause I not qualified to give them to you.What the hell.They are always this way when it comes to the vision center.
