I wouldn’t do this again. I figured since we have don’t eye insurance we could come here and pay oop. For some strange reason the doctor thinks I’ll just leave my under age children behind a closed door with her. They seemed shocked when I blocked the door as they tried to close me out. I think that’s perfectly reasonable to not leave kids alone at any time in a doctor’s office. She was quite hostile about it when I moved to the opposite corner of the room to peek and check on the other kids as we were working on their imaging. With the hostility of a woman we have literally done nothing to who is irritated by our presence she told me she would need me to stay in the corner of the room or step out. I was already doing so? I told her just that and she was acting like I was in her way or doing something wrong when I was doing nothing of the sort. I also told her if she was going to be that way then I’d just cancel my appointments. This is hundreds of dollars and we can go elsewhere. She made sure to tell me that was my right so I canceled mine. Got the kids done just because it was more important and we were already out of school for it. I know we were not her real issue, but seriously? Zero reason to be disrespectful when I hadn’t done anything to her. I’m actually pretty passive and have a tough time with confrontation and even I made sure to say something back. I’d never do this again and I don’t recommend it

After having strokes I misplaced/lost couple very expensive prescription glasses. I consider myself lucky to have met Mr.Kathy at eye center ,where she was able to order me new glasses. She spent her time answering all my questions, picking frames with me, being very friendly and just a lovely person to talk to. Then I also encountered Nathan ,who was able to finalize my order and payment . Just a sweet and lovely person. I really wish them to be treated good by their supervisors and customers because that kind of customer services is almost impossible to encounter anymore. God bless them both.
Eye exam was good. Now let's get in to the glassess. I am pissed off. I got a bill from walmart vision for something I didn't even ask for i can't even wear the glassess I haven't worn them i can't even wear them at all dont come here go to some place eles if you can a real eye glass place that won't charge you for every little thing or what you pay is it 🤔 not later 2 months you get a bill for there mistake do not trust this wal mart vision center
I had a good experience at my visit. I received a bill in the mail after my insurance paid, no biggie. I no longer have the piece of mail sent so I call to pay the bill and they cannot take payment and don’t know a number for me to call to pay it?! Told me to call 1-800-WALMART I spent 30 minutes trying to get a rep on the phone to figure out who I’m supposed to be paying this bill to and they couldn’t help me either. If I had services at this location why can I not pay my bill there? Or at least have the phone number for me to pay the bill at?
UPDATE: I originally posted a review about a month ago: My 13 year old daughter has needed bifocals in her glasses for a few years now. We had been told by multiple eye doctors that contact lenses would not be an option for her. So when we went to this eye doctor, we didn't even bring up contacts. During the exam, the doctor chatted easily with my two daughters, making them feel at ease (my 6 year old even wants to come back to get her first eye exam now) and at the end of the exam, asked if we had ever considered bifocal contacts. She explained the pros and cons and we decided to try it. Even if the contacts don't work, we will definitely be recommending this doctor to our friends and family. This doctor is very personable, works well with children and is knowledgeable. My daughter has now adjusted to the contacts and we just went in for the follow up. My daughter is seeing 20/20 at both distance and up close with her contacts! The doctor finalized her contacts and we will be ordering the full year supply soon. My daughter is so excited and is no longer self conscious about wearing thick lenses. Very happy with this overall experience!
