Walmart Visioncenter

I order a pair of ray bans and years worth of contacts paid all up front for everything. The ordering process took forever and seemed like they unaware of how to do a lot of it. I got my glasses picked them up. Been waiting for my contacts for over two weeks now. I get a call it comes up spam I answer it’s Lemars Walmart eye care asking if I’ve picked my contacts up, uh no. So Apptly someone received my already paid for years worth of contacts. All they offered was apologies they can save it. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out good grief.

Edgar was such a delight , he helped me pick out my frames that I needed for my new prescription. Even at times when I was upset when my glasses didn’t come on time he still maintained his professionalism with me and assured me he would give me a call as soon as they came in. Any time I need adjustments he is always willing to help me and remembers who I am and calls me by first name. I wish Walmart had more employees like him working there.

Dr. Becky DeRuter is very knowledgeable and knows what she was doing. She explains things clearly and answers all questions. You may have the staff is outstanding and kudos to the young man that works there. Help me find the right pair of glasses. Sorry I can’t remember his name.!!

Dr. Becky DeRuyter is great! She is friendly, knowledgeable and explains things well. Love the staff too, especially Deb and the gal who does the eye testing. Nice selection of frames. Would highly recommend.

Edgar went above and beyond for all my needs! He found me an even better pair of glasses than what I wanted and suggested I get a second pair for emergencies. I don’t care if it’s out of my way I will only go to this Walmart for anything I need regarding glasses!
