I’m very disappointed with my son’s eyeglasses purchase. After using the glasses for some time, I eventually noticed small cracks in the lens. When I brought them back, the staff acknowledged that the screws had been tightened too much and were too snug, which caused pressure on the lenses and resulted in the cracks. What makes this more frustrating is that, even though the staff admitted the screws were overtightened, they said that no warranty claim could be made because the glasses were not covered under warranty. I understand that warranty policies have limitations, but if the damage was caused by how the glasses were assembled or adjusted, I believe the store should take some responsibility. It’s disappointing to have the cause of the damage acknowledged by the staff but still be left responsible for the cost of replacement. I expected better workmanship and customer service. Hopefully, the store can review how these situations are handled and take responsibility when their own workmanship contributes to the damage.

Della and Mel are absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable talking to them, I didn't want to leave. Love their kindness and super personalities. I can't wait to pick up my glasses and visit with them again. I highly recommend going to see these ladies when you need new glasses. 😊
We had to wait 90 minutes to be seen for a pickup. Which might be tolerable if they had a waiting area with chairs. They do not. There was only one employee to serve everyone and apparently they also expect that employee to perform other duties in the back of the store. On the positive side the prices are quite reasonable, there is an adequate selection of frames, and the fulfillment time is generally under a week.
My spouse & I picked 2 pair of glasses a piece 10 days ago with our script .Today We had a great Lady named Melanie who was thorough , Kind, Personable , We both came out of the Walmart Vision store feeling Very Happy with our purchase and was a breath of fresh air to have her take care of us when we picked up our glasses. Thank You Melanie .We both give 5***** with this lady
I'm traveling in the area and a lens popped out of my eyeglasses. I have half-frames so the lenses are held in place with a wire. I went to this Walmart and an employee, Melanie, went out of her way to help me. She didn't have the exact wire needed but found a substitute and got the lens back in place. Thank you Melanie! I wish I could return the favor!
