Been trying to pick up my contacts I ordered for the last three days they make it almost impossible. No one at the front counter literally waited 30 minutes 3 days in a row with absolutely no help or even a “ hi sir we will be with you in a minute “ . So I just left
Great customer service. My entire experience from the appointment, to ordering my contacts was seamless. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, explaining my insurance benefits, and helping me get the best value. They had a great selection of frames and lens choices, and even got a pair of glasses for backup. Will definitely be back!
I always have a great experience here! The doctor is very attentive & the opticians have been very skilled in helping me select the right pair of new glasses. They have also been helpful in making adjustments anytime I've asked. I appreciate the level of service!
The Dr. was very sweet. And I really enjoyed the helpful staff in helping and explaining everything that was recommended for me. Not only are the prices great, but the hospitality is unbeatable. 10 out of 10 recommend.
Just riding the clock!! No customer service. Called. Answered phone on speaker phone. I really couldn’t hear or understand what she was saying. I asked if they had any appointments available. She replied no. Didn’t try to offer a different day or time. I guess she figure Walmart gets enough money!
