I had an incredible experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Natchez, all thanks to Chasitie Kent—also known as The Lens Doctor, and now I fully understand why she’s earned that name! Her service was absolutely amazing—fast, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. Chasitie made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering every question I had with confidence and care. She clearly knows her stuff, and it shows in how she treats her customers. She also mentioned that she’s the new manager, and with the kind of top-tier service she provided, I can honestly say the Natchez location is in great hands. If this is a sign of what’s to come under her leadership, this Vision Center is only going up from here. Highly recommend seeing The Lens Doctor herself if you want service done right!
