Great service, They cared about my vision issues and also cared about my health issues that might impact my vision. Friendly and professional. The eye exam and glasses were reasonably priced. No hassle scheduling and a quick (3 to 5 days) delivery of glasses. I'm very happy going there.
I came here for a paper copy of my prescription to buy glasses online. Knowing this, they intentionally did not take my pupilary distance (nor did I know what that was) so that I would have to return. I would've been happy to pay an extra fee for it. This combined with high pressure sales make for dishonest business. This is borderline petty because I didn't want to pay triple digit prices for glasses.
I had an excellent experience at the Walmart Vision Center! The staff were incredibly nice, fast, and caring throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The doctor went above and beyond, patiently answering all of my questions and providing thoughtful recommendations tailored to my needs. Their professionalism and genuine care stood out, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend the Walmart Vision Center for anyone looking for quality service and attentive care!
Staff is friendly and helpful. They enjoyed their jobs didn't mind that I took a whole to pick frames out. The cost was made very clear before I paid, which I also appreciated.
I seem to be an anomaly here. When I went in to set an appointment up with them they were super friendly with me and even set me up with an appointment for within an hour. Showed up, went right in and the doctor was very nice to me and told me about everything that was going on with my eyes. Picked out some lenses and they said they would be in about 2 weeks. 2 days later on a Sunday I was called and told they were in, went the day after and they were perfect in every way. Did not have a single problem with them, honestly they were better than anywhere else I’ve went to in the Pittsburgh area.
