I stopped in to ask if they still carried the frames I have because mine broke. No customers were in there, it was only the lady working, who looked in her mid 30’s. She was not one bit friendly and acted like I was bothering her, as she abruptly told me that no we don’t have those. There was no ‘thanks for stopping in, or, can I help you with anything else?’ I won’t be back. Complete opposite experience today at the Walmart in Columbia. 3 people were working and all 3 were super helpful and acted like they cared. They didn’t have the frames I was looking for either, but I’ll shop there from now on since they know how to treat their customers

Miss Pam is one of the best folks I’ve ever had an encounter with, from having a vast understanding of glasses to what glasses suits the person the most!! I’ve been in very expensive and “luxury” clinics, and they have nothing on this clinic, very good service from the other folks like Miss Beth as well as she helped me even get a discount on my contacts!! Overall, wonderful and would totally recommend.

Pam does her very best to offer each customer the time they deserve! There is usually a wait because of this but so worth the wait! Staff will usually let you know if it would be better to come back if you're in a hurry.

My husband took a day off work for an eye exam and ended up waiting for an hour to be able to pick out his glasses. I understand they're only allowed so many people in there at a time, but they need to schedule the appointments accordingly. We actually ended up leaving without ordering his glasses and went back the next day. We were then told we wouldn't be able to order glasses that day because there wasn't anyone licensed working that day.

Eye appt was only 30 mins from walk in to walk out. Was in line for glasses for 25 mins before these rude ladies even acknowledged my existence. Then, told me they had clue when I'd be helped. Horrible experience!!!!!
