Walmart Visioncenter

stopped by the Walmart Vision Center today around 2:30 PM (May 12th) because my glasses needed adjusting, and I honestly had no idea this was even something they could help with. Sydney was the associate who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to properly adjust my glasses until they fit perfectly and comfortably again. What may have seemed like a small act of customer service to her honestly made a huge difference in my day. I even offered to tip her because of how helpful she was, but she politely explained that they aren’t allowed to accept tips and suggested I leave a review instead, which says a lot about her professionalism and character. It’s rare these days to come across someone who is genuinely kind, patient, and clearly cares about helping people, but Sydney absolutely went above and beyond. If management sees this, please make sure Sydney gets the recognition she deserves. Exceptional customer service like hers should absolutely be acknowledged. Thank you again, Sydney, for turning a frustrating glasses issue into such a positive experience! 🔥

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and they made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Cydney. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had a great experience. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. You can tell she truly cares about both her customers and her team. If you’re looking for great service and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend this Vision Center. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nope not coming here again my left eye prescription is wrong slight blurry and the big belly guy is sooo slow and rude and now my glasses is falling off and he the man that gives your glasses he is rude and there hours are not same as the sign they put it says 9 to 6 but they close at 5 and they have 1 to 2 pm lunch hour that it should be written there to and when i went there at t was closes till 2 and i didnt no that and when i called if they opened the man was so rude he sad we have lunch since 10 years 1 to 2 , how should i no that? Theres no sign that it writes the lunch hours and i wasnt here 10 years!! No no im never going back here i dont recomend it dont go here for exam and for your lens etc they ruined my 200 $ glasses!!

Not only are the prices very affordable but the Manager, Katie & her staff, Rebecca & Kelly are knowledgeable & ready to help any way they can. They make sure you are satisfied with your new glasses & encourage you to come back any time with any issues. Very satisfied with my glasses & would highly recommend everyone to visit them.
