The girl we worked with was very nice and made sure my glasses fit right. She also helped me with frames I could afford. Any problems she said come right back.

My little girl had the most Awesome experience there. Dr. Chance is amazing with children and the staff are all so friendly as well as extremely patient. I would suggest visiting and if they can help in any way possible, then they will. I didn't get them from there but I had a pair of glasses that had broken a few different times and they fixed them at no cost at all. If you have an exam there, they are booked a week or two out all the time, so don't wait too long.
2 girls at the front on the side where you get your eyes examined acted like it was the end of the world because I showed up a few minutes late to my appointment. Very rude and unprofessional. Women on the side where you pick your glasses were super nice and friendly. Recommend only going up there if you already have your prescription so you dont have to even deal with the office side.
Lost my chart, then told I had to pay for another exam even tho my last one hadn't expired yet. When I pointed out it hadn't expired yet and asked where my chart was and for tge office managers information i was threatened with the police and escorted out of the store. Was called 4 hours later and told i could puck up my script at the vision center they magically found my chart and saw where it was still a valid script! Do NOT GO here! I was rushed through original exam and he dilated me instead of spending more time on the exam and then let me leave driving and with no eye protection! So I spent a total of $360+ dollars that day for reading glasses I could have bout at the dollar tree!!! Then threatened with the police when I asked for my own records!
I have worn glasses and contacts 10+ years. Absolute worst eye doctors I have ever seen. Terrible prescription and rude. Been trying to get my contacts for 3 weeks. Finally just gave up and left said id go back to Hyde.
