Went in for a eye exam. Waited like 1 hour after for someone to help me get my glasses ordered. Got my glasses, the lens fell out just from wiping them gently. They had to re-order my lenses and new frames. That took a week got the new lens in they put it in they wiped it and it fell out. So they did a new order for both lenses. This time it finally worked 3 weeks went by. I wore them for a week and the prescription was wrong for my Stigmatism it made rocks a few inches higher when walking compared to my old prescription. Had to get a new eye exam. By this time employees were treating me like it was somehow my fault. Not being patient or kind. I got the new prescription with my glasses, but it still had a slight issue so I wanted my sunglasses back to my original prescription. They said I had to do another eye exam which the doctor already said he could take it down another 25% which would be my original prescription I came in with. Couldn’t talk to the doctor. He’s always too busy treated on the phone like I was a piece of crap for just asking why i needed another eye exam. Do not go here try a different Walmart.
