Bill was truly amazing he not only helped me with my eyeglasses he went above and beyond in helping with all my insurance, finding the best frame to going over all the lens options. He even tried to fix my old glasses that was falling apart truly 100 stars to him! I also want to thank Merlinda she is such a wonderful soul! She helped me with my new glasses and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions! This place is a blessing and I am sure to be back here. Thank you Walmart Vision and Glasses Fam!
Absolutely love the people working in their. Yess it looks like they’re rude but their really not. They’re super helpful to me and my 10 year old who was getting glasses. Able to keep a conversation going . Enjoyable atmosphere. Yes this ain’t a higher end place to get glasses but they have good prices and they’re willing to help you. That’s all we ask for. Idc if someone is rude or not as long as we went in their for that reason and come out with everything met. People aren’t nice nowadays but it’s okay. The lady who helped us was super nice and explained to me how it was going to work and we went on a Thursday and my daughters glasses were ready 2 days later. How exciting ❤️
Giving a shout out to "William". He did not hesitate to help me during Covid-19. He immediately fixed my nose rests, tightened all the way around and buffed my lenses for $2.49. Genuinely Sweet and I highly recommend seeing him for any issues.
Went in for an eye exam and got my prescription. I went to buy glasses online but found the prescription did not have the pupil distance. Called Walmart back, and the receptionist said the Walmart Vision Center could do that for me. So I went in to get measured, buy they said they would only do it if I was buying glasses there. I really did not expect this from Walmart. Now I have to pay for a new exam from somewhere else. So disappointed.
