My first visit to Warby Parker was a very pleasant and satisfying shopping and buying experience. Yes, the store was beautiful, replete with frame styles, and engaging, but the staff (I met with Jillian) is the key. It's non-intimidating and non-transactionally-centric because they make you feel like the only customer in the store—cared for. Great experience. I'm now a fan.
I really had the best experience buying prescription glasses for my daughter. She did not like the selection at Costco so we decided to try warby parker as I had heard about it from a podcast. We arrived at open at 10 am on a Monday during summer break. My daughter looked around and tried like 10 pairs of frames. Once she decided we ordered with some extra features. Progressive lenses and thinner lenses. The salesperson submitted a refund for insurance. The glasses arrive in two weeks at our home. Start to finish 18 minutes. I am seriously amazed!! No name brands but I saw lots of nice stylish frames I liked for myself, as well. I honestly think the selection is better than our local Costco right now. Insurance is considered out of network so check with a call before you go.
Emma was so amazing! She was so patient and so kind and took such good care of me, and adjusted my glasses to all my specific preferences till we got them fitting perfectly! I would highly recommend this brand and this location to anyone getting new glasses. Thank you Emma!
I love Warby Parker! The people working at the shop are always friendly and helpful. The glasses are reasonably priced and stylish. And they make online ordering very easy.
Athena was amazing - it was obvious the care she took in getting a precise fitting height measurement compared to my experience initially at store in San Diego that was done in haste. She helped make up for the experience that requires a rework by simply slowing down and being w the customer.
