I had a great experience today at Warby Parker thanks to Ben and the doctor. Ben was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He explained every step very clearly and made everything easy to understand. He especially helped me with learning how to put in and remove my contact lenses, and he was very patient while teaching me. He also helped me select my new glasses and gave honest, helpful suggestions without making me feel rushed. The doctor was great as well — very professional and welcoming. Overall, the whole experience felt smooth, comfortable, and well taken care of. Thank you, Ben, for the excellent customer service!

I was very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and quite attractive. The staff member who assisted me was extremely helpful. I already had a prescription and with the help of the staff member, I was able to decide on a style and color of frames very easily. The entire process took very little time and was seamless. I'd definitely recommend Warby Parker to my friends and family.

The staff is amazing! I went in thinking of one thing and came out with a better selection/purchase. I did shop around other retailers but I felt like I had more versatile, quality, and affordability here than others. Thanks for the assistance today and very happy with my new glasses!
