What a great experience at Warby Parker! From the moment I walked in, the associate was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire process was easy and enjoyable. I also have to mention the Arch Manning commercials, they definitely caught my attention! I mean, who doesn’t like a Manning? They made me curious enough to check out Warby Parker, and I’m glad I did. I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses that are both stylish and surprisingly affordable. Between the excellent customer service, great selection, and reasonable prices, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Addie made my entire experience so easy! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She helped me with my prescription, booked my future appointment, and made purchasing my glasses completely stress-free. She was friendly, quick, and genuinely went above and beyond. Went in for my first time this past weekend since I heard good things about this store. Addie is the absolute best and a live saver!! As someone who has a higher prescription I haven’t been to a place that had so many adorable options for frames! Addie was patient, and so helpful and made me feel so so comfortable in finding a pair that works best for me for everyday! Overall service will keep me coming back, highly recommend.

I’ve purchased several pairs of glasses at the Estero Warby Parker. The store has a good selection of frames to choose from that are reasonably priced. They have an excellent return policy and offer fitting adjustments. I’ve gotten to know the Store Manager named Orlando. I’ve found him to be most helpful. He is very customer service oriented and goes out of his way to make sure that your glasses fit properly. I highly recommend the Estero Warby Parker.

The staff at this location are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve been assisted by at Warby Parker. Cheyenne and Orlando have helped me multiple times with the tough decisions that come with wearing glasses. Stephanie made getting my glasses adjusted painless and I left with the most custom fitted glasses I’ve had in my entire life. And don’t let me forget Leigh and Dr. Nguyen. Leigh has the patience of a saint, I would have never been able to wear contacts without her clear instructions and encouragement. I can’t recommend this location and it’s employees enough.
