This is my second year in a row coming to this location and working with Gabe, and once again, he made the entire experience exceptional! He helped me pick out new frames for my updated prescription, and I couldn't be happier! Gabe is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect pair of glasses. He never makes you feel pressured to buy anything or upsell you. Instead, he takes the time to understand what you're looking for, answers all your questions, and helps you choose frames that truly fit your style and needs. The customer service at Warby Parker is always outstanding. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and committed to making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. On top of that, their prices are much more affordable than many other name-brand eyewear companies, yet the quality and service are second to none. This is exactly why I continue to choose Warby Parker year after year. I went to WP after looking for new frames for my prescription glasses for some time. I asked the saleslady for a suggestion...she asked a few questions and her first suggestion was spot on. I mean absolutely spot on! She checked my insurance coverage during the checkout process, fit my new glasses and I was out the door. I can not speak highly enough of my saleslady-friendly, knowledgeable, very clear about pricing and options. Really just top notch! As much as it was WP that I was impressed with it was the employee that truly made it an outstanding experience!

Had a great experience here. I was worried about hard selling for contacts or glasses because that is pretty common. But they were friendly and flexible, and I didn’t get a hard sell. I ended up getting glasses and contacts, and I’m really pleased with this Warby store. I’ll be back!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Staff was professional and knowledgeable about my needs. No pressure to upsell anything, but did explain all of my options. I did choose the Precision Progressives with Transitions XTRActive lenses. I am anxiously awaiting my new glasses.

I had an exceptional experience at the Warby Parker River Oaks store! The guy helping me was beyond nice—approachable, thorough, and super knowledgeable. He took his time ensuring everything went smoothly, helped me pick frames, updated my profile, and even talked me through the shipping timeline. After I finished my order, he was still happy to show me more options. I’ll definitely be returning!
