The staff and doctors at this location are amazing! They really listen to their customers, make adjustments when needed and the glasses are really cute. They are able to do dilation if it’s determined you need it. My eyes are a bit complicated and the doctor was very patient in explaining everything for me. It’s also a super convenient location if you need to tighten or adjust a frame, they’re usually able to do it with a quick wait or on the spot.

I had a great experience at Warby Parker, Menlo Park mall location. Britney was amazing, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to assist me, even though I visited a different location than where I bought my glasses, and she helped me exchange them for a newer pair seamlessly. Really appreciate her excellent customer service!

What really stood out was how thorough and knowledgeable they were. I didn’t have my prescription with me, but they made sure I got my PD measurement before I left and explained that I could upload my prescription from home later. Sure enough, when I got home, the website asked for my PD — and thanks to the team thinking ahead, I already had it ready to go. Just an all-around solid sales and customer service team. Friendly, professional, patient, and proactive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This was my first time shopping at any Warby Parker and I had a great experience. They allowed you to browse and take your time trying on glasses without constantly hounding you about needing help, but once you were ready to go to them and needed their help, they were very attentive and helpful. They gave me clear price quotes and even gave me suggestions and advice about what frames look best on me.
