The staff were professional, the exam was excellent, and Dr Alyssa Chow was superb. This was the best experience getting my eyes examined I’d ever had. Highly recommended

Dr Tom-Kun @ Lickteig Eyecare in Natick Mall, and her technician, did a wonderful job for my eye exam this year. Dr Tom-Kun explained everything thoroughly, and Lickteig made the whole process very easy and efficient, including arranging insurance coverage. Highly recommend them!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and professional. Love this place. Special shout out to Jose, who was incredibly patient and helpful to me in looking for frames and going through all the different options and pricing them out. He is wonderful
