Walnut Vision Care - One Loudoun

I saw glasses online and since a store was nearby l decided to stop by. I like the huge selection but my mind was made up when I entered store. The sales person was polite and listen to what I wanted. She did not try to upsale me. I highly recommend the store in One Loudoun. Will rate the glasses when they arrive. Update: The glasses arrived in 2 yes two days. They were single vision so I guess that was easy for them to handle. Love my new glasses now time to order sunshades.

Awesome Experience, got my eye exam and no puff of air! New technology was sweet. And then the glasses were great prices for what I already like to wear, and they had sunglasses that clipped on my glasses, all very affordable. I did have to file my own claim because I used Aetna… but otherwise great choices!

We have Kaiser and first appointment was a month out. We got a next day appointment at WP. Also could rush the glasses. And everything clean and modern equipment. The real prices of glasses will be higher with ad ons. The doctor and employees here are knowledgeable and welcoming. They made the experience pleasant.

I have worn WP glasses exclusively for 12 years now. The location in One Loudoun is my best experience so far. Team is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Pham is the best I have ever met. If you need an exam and/or glasses, go here first.

I rarely write reviews, but she is the best optician I have ever met. She kept adjusting the temples of my glasses again and again, listening carefully to my concerns. After understanding my personal situation and health needs, she patiently made multiple adjustments. She is truly the best I’ve encountered in over 20 years of wearing glasses. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name.
