Avoid if you need an adjustment—go across the street instead! My wife and I stopped by this Warby Parker location to get our glasses adjusted. To our surprise, the staff refused to help us simply because we bought our glasses elsewhere. I have worn glasses for over 30 years and have never once encountered a optical shop that refused a simple adjustment based on where the glasses were purchased. It has always been a standard courtesy in the industry. Instead of helping, the staff told us to go across the street to Visionworks at Preston Towne Crossing. We took their advice, and Visionworks took care of us immediately—adjusting our glasses without hesitation, despite the fact that we didn’t buy them there. That is the kind of customer service I’ve experienced my entire life as a glasses wearer. Warby Parker’s policy (or at least this location's attitude) is incredibly disappointing and anti-customer. If you want helpful service, save yourself the trip and just go straight to Visionworks across the street.
