Allow me to state that I have been a customer of this location since the early 2000s when it was Target Pharmacy. I no longer shop at Target. I only visit this CVS location because it used to be convenient. I visited this location on 13AUG26. I knew it was nearing the lunch time but I checked my phone and I had a few minutes. The Associate was helping an elderly lady and a man was at the adjacent check out/computer. I stood in line behind the lady and waited while her prescription was paid for. The lady was talking with the Associate and they had a friendly exchange ending with the Associate asking her if she would like a bag to which the lady replied "yes" and continued talking. The lady left and the Associate went to help the man in line before me. After he was helped the Associate turned to me and said "We are closed for lunch. He was my last customer". Being that I had been in line before 1:30 I said "I know you dont expect me to hang around in this store until after your lunch". She had a little huff and puff which is my least worry and asked for my name and date of birth. I said I had been in line before 1:30 and that she could have told me that when I walked up. Long story short I have my prescription and a receipt time stamped 1:31 proving that I was in line before 1:30. I will now get my prescriptions by mail because the pharmacy is never fully staffed. I have visited this location when the pharmacist was filling prescriptions and running the register. This pharmacy is a recipe for disaster.

The pharmacist here are amazing they will help in any way possible including with your insurance. They will cancel the order and start over if you think the price is wrong. I have also had one go as far as calling my insurance to find out what was going on and get everything straightened out. I have seen them with a line going all the way down through the end of the isle and them still have all the patience in the world. They have a lot more of a job but will help in anyway possible. As for the pharmacy tech that is there a lot she is rude and inconsiderate. The pharmacist will have to stop what they are doing to come and take over bc the lady is frustrated and rude. I give the pharmacist 5stars all day long. I give the pharmacists 4 stars bc the rest of them are amazing it’s just usually this one is there.
I see why they have only 2 stars. They kept asking for a prescription for OTC medicine. Even the doctor prescribing the med was surprised.
I'm not convinced they have a functioning phone. The phone tree pushes you to refill online or through the app, but for whatever reason I'm unable to do that with my Adderall. Every time I call, I'm on hold for 10 minutes until I give up, or the call just disconnects.
I just realized why this cvs has 2.0 review today when I call and come to pick up my kids medication. Just a nasal spray but they told me to wait 1hr to pick up, when ai came after 40 mins shopping around in Target, they said I have to wait for another 20 mins to be complete 1 hour as they said! Just a nasal spray!!! I could not wait no more longer because my kids getting cold and sleepy have ti take them home w/o med. :(
