She took the time to thoroughly explain the services available, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent support and recommendations throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was her attention to detail when helping me determine the correct frame size and style for my face. She offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy and made the process of selecting the right frames both easy and enjoyable. Everyone I encountered at the Germantown location was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming, but Felicia truly stood out.
