Let me start with the service Bee should be called Queen Bee. She was amazing. Bee explained the process and all the benefits that come with the glasses. She told me I can get my eye exam there as well. I will be returning because she gave amazing service.

My experience at Warby Parker was outstanding from beginning to end. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best experience possible. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find frames that fit both my style and comfort, and never made me feel rushed. What impressed me most was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about helping me make the right decision. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such a friendly and personalized approach. Every person was helpful !!!

Absolutely great experience. Dr. Flemons was so knowledgeable and explained my vision issues in layman’s terms. She recommended a new contact lens that has been great. The team was really helpful in my glasses purchase and helped deal with my difficult insurance. I’m so thankful. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I went into Warby Parker and purchased a new set of glasses, new lenses for my own frames and contacts. They arrived and were completely messed up. I drove 45 minutes each way to the University Park Store and waited... and waited... and then gave up and decided to come back. I returned again and waited five people deep before giving up again. I called customer service from my car and explained. The new glasses I purchased came with a prescription that was so wildly inaccurate that I couldn't use them. At all. My own frames were returned with someone else's prescription in them. Obviously someone mixed up lenses somewhere in the lab. When I called customer service, they had No ORDER for the lenses--even though my PERSONAL FRAMES were returned in the same box with the New Glasses and with NEW lenses in them--so they would not refund me. And because I was outside the 30 day window, they would not fix my brand new glasses to make them wearable. A colossal waster of money and a major disaster of a store. Great idea; abysmal failure in execution. Save your money.

Walked in during lunchtime, and even though there were 3 other customers, I did not have to wait for service. Staff were very nice, gave options and presented their frames well, even explained why some frames looked better on my face shape. Large modern selection. Will definitely be going back for another pair. I had a current copy of my prescription with me, and was able to get in and out in about 30 minutes.
