Very friendly & patient service. Super easy to try on various styles, sizes, colours of glasses. I appreciate the help deciding as well. Really nice that you can get your current pair of glasses cleaned and adjusted at no cost. Checkout was super easy, fast, on the spot. I highly recommend WP.

I was extremely late for my appointment and a little nervous about the exam, but the team was still able to see me. Dr. Daniele was very kind and thorough throughout the entire process, especially since I had never had glasses before. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions

The staff was friendly and helpful, even pulling stock that wasn't on the shelves for me to try on when I was looking for a specific style and size.
