Driton was amazing! After I picked out a few pairs of glasses that I liked, Driton took the time to find other glasses that were similar in style. He even went through the glasses with me one by one to help me decide which ones looked the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and kind. He was genuinely invested in helping me find the right glasses. Driton really took the time to make sure I was happy with my choices. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Driton - I hope management sees this review and recognizes you for your outstanding job.

I arrived on Friday afternoon at 2:30pm. I was greeted with a kind, friendly, smiling face belonging to Monique. She is a GEM!!! Monique has the knowledge, patience and eye for style and detail when choosing the best frame for the shape of your face. I dread frame shopping but Monique was so personable and listened to my needs and knew exactly what would look good and work for me. My anxiety had me sitting in my car not wanting to go try on frames. Monique turned my day around with her expert assistance. If you need new frames be sure and stop in to see Monique or any of the other talented and friendly salespeople. You’ll be VERY HAPPY you did!

Vicky helped me with ordering contacts and she was so helpful! She gave several options of what would be best, and she was very courteous while doing so. She is very knowledgeable and kind. All of the staff here is amazing, and I highly recommend them!

I have a negative experience with online glasses with a different company so this time I wanted to try Warby Parker. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of different styles in the store. My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the composition and style of glasses that best suited me. I ended up buying titanium frames of both a regular Progressive lens and sunglasses. I would definitely buy glasses from them again. I could have bought my glasses locally, but I actually traveled 48 minutes to get to the Warby Parker store.
