Warby Parker East Liberty

The East Liberty Warby Parker was great! They had so many styles to choose from and I was able to find new frames and new sunglasses. I’m so excited to start wearing them! My experience was easy and I never felt rushed as I tried on so many pairs. The consultant was also wonderful in helping me decide between my last couple pairs. She even helped me find a pair of chic sunnies I hadn’t even noticed! I feel extra lucky that they took my insurance which made this feel like the deal of the century. Thank you!

He was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and guiding me through different frame options. He gave thoughtful, honest feedback and helped me choose the frames that suit me best, both in terms of style and comfort. Overall, the entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere in the store was positive, and I felt truly cared for as a customer. I’m extremely happy with my new glasses, and with the service I received. I would absolutely recommend this location and Derek in particular to anyone shopping for new frames.

The team is Friendly knowledgeable and professional. They are approachable when you need a little help selecting a good frame. They just make it easy. I’ve purchased at least three if not, four or five pairs of glasses there.

Customer service was excellent. Derrick (I hope I'm getting his name and spelling correct) was attentive and helpful. He knew exactly which glasses would work best for my face. And knew which transition lenses would work well with the frames. I'd recommend shopping here. Good deal with buying more than one frame and nice return policy. But I'm liking my glasses and plan on keeping them.

The customer service here is fantastic! I have had some bad experiences choosing glasses at other optometrists recently, but my experience today with Ashley at WP East Liberty was amazing. I was free to look around and try everything on without feeling rushed or pressured to buy anything. When it came time to pick and order my frames, Ashley brought out extra colors and let me choose the features I needed without making me feel like I needed to spend a fortune. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. The space is also very clean! That's important when trying things on your face. I can't wait to come back and get some extra pairs! I was shocked at how little I spent out of pocket here versus with my insurance at other places. I'm so glad I stopped by!!
