Just ordered glasses for the third time from this Nashville location. I've had a great experience each time, but today was maybe the best. And perhaps that's because of my previous visits and orders. We've ordered sample glasses to try at home, but it does help a lot to go in and try on multiple frames while getting information and advice from people in real time. I highly recommend Edgehill location in Nashville.
We had a great experience at this store today! We got glasses for both my daughters and the ladies in this store were so kind and efficient and helped us decide on frames. We were out the door in under 30 minutes! It was a great experience!

She handled the insurance side of things for me, and everything went seamlessly. Sam also took the time to give thoughtful opinions on what frames suited my face shape best, which I really appreciated. She even brought out additional colors I was interested in so I could compare options. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole visit. Highly recommend!
I’ve been wearing Warby Parker glasses for years. Their merchandise is top notch, and super reasonably priced. Also, the customer service is unmatched. I knew what I wanted before walking in the store and was there less than 10 minutes. Super friendly service!
