Warby Parker - Freehold Raceway Mall

A new store just opened at Freehold Raceway Mall, and if you’re in need of glasses, you’re in luck! They carry frames for every face shape: wide, narrow, and medium. If you’re blessed with a perfect nose bridge, the world of glasses is your oyster. And for those of us with lower nose bridges, they also offer a small but thoughtful selection. Since it’s a brand-new store, everything looks clean, bright, and pristine. The employees are friendly, patient, and ready to help you find a frame that fits your style and budget. When I walked in, I found several frames I liked but wasn’t sure which one suited me best. I took a bunch of selfies to help me decide later, and the salesperson kindly explained that I could purchase the pair I liked and send in my prescription afterward, they’d process the glasses as soon as they received it. Super convenient! I left with a great first impression and will definitely return once I have my prescription in hand.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but my experience at Warby Parker at Freehold Mall today was so positive that I felt it was important to take the time to recognize Madison and her manager, Isabel. From the moment I explained the problem I had experienced at another store, Madison treated me with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel like my issue mattered. Her approach immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Madison went above and beyond to help resolve my concerns, and what stood out most was the way she made me feel supported throughout the entire experience. She never made me feel like I was being difficult or that my situation was someone else’s problem. Instead, she was attentive, understanding, and committed to finding a solution. Isabel also deserves recognition for her professionalism and leadership. The way she supported Madison and helped ensure that I received the attention and assistance I needed speaks volumes about the kind of team they have created at this location. I’m writing this review because every customer should have the opportunity to experience the same level of respect, care, and support that I received today. Madison and Isabel reminded me that excellent customer service is not simply about completing a transaction it’s about listening to people, treating them with dignity, and making them feel valued. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me, and I hope Warby Parker recognizes what an outstanding job they are doing. Their professionalism and compassion turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that I genuinely appreciate. I encourage anyone who is looking for glasses to visit this location. You won’t be disappointed. 

I had a great experience at Warby Parker today. Thanks to the amazing team you guys have in the store, especially Tiffany. She provided me a variety of different designs that she thought would be a great fit for me, and helped me decide what to order. I was in need of new glasses and have seen a lot of advertising for Warby Parker. I was never happy with big box store glasses or one hour or discount optical stores. Eye dr and independent retailers were too expensive so i decided to visit this store. I was so pleasantly surprised at the frame selection, the attention given by my eyewear consultant and how easy the process was for fitting and ordering. And the price point was just where I felt comfortable!! I hope i'm as happy with the finished product upon delivery!!!
